Quarter of suckling pig. Original weight approx. 1.4 kg. Once roasted between 0.8 and 0.9kg. It is roasted in a wood oven with the care and affection that Rodolfo gives it from Mesón El Pastor. Ideal for two-three people. It is delivered with its separate sauce so you can add as you like. It has been made this week and vacuum packed so you simply have to heat it.


The estimated delivery time for 80% of the orders is 24 to 48 hours. However, given that at the end of the week the agencies are overflowing and some orders are left undistributed, we advise to calculate an extra 48 hours in advance in your order (Remember that the product is vacuum packed and at no time is the chain of cold so you can keep it in the fridge for more than 30 days).

We consider that it is better to have the product in the refrigerator for two days, than to be disappointed that it does not arrive on time.


For small towns, the distribution takes place one day a week, so planning has to be greater. (If you go only on Tuesdays, it is of little use to order on Monday for it to arrive on Friday because it will not be possible).


* You can specify if you prefer front or rear. But keep in mind that in orders of 2 or more there will always be a rear and a front. And you will not be able to choose several of the same.

Quarter of suckling pig for península

  • Rodolfo, the manager of Mesón El Pastor tells us:

    1. Open the container one hour before consuming, remove the container and the protective cloth and leave it at room temperature.

    2. Preheat the oven with a temperature of 200 to 220 degrees for 15 min.

    3. Place a little water in the tray (about 100 ml of water) and then place the lamb with the skin side down.

    4. Put it in the oven at medium height for about 20 minutes and then turn it over and the sauce that goes in the bag will be added. In 15 more minutes it will be ready. Control the oven so that the skin remains golden and crispy without burning.
